The entire team participates in a Field Notes Session — a 90-minute facilitated experience built around communication, collaboration, and the kind of relationship building that makes teams actually function.
Then, one at a time, I take your portrait. 15 minutes each. Your team leaves with images and a different way of seeing each other.
